• California Coastal Conservancy acts with others to preserve, protect, and restore the resources of the California Coast.
• California Department of Fish and Wildlife manages California’s diverse fish, wildlife, and plant resources, and the habitats upon which they depend, for their ecological values and for their use and enjoyment by the public.
• California State Parks provides for the health, inspiration and education of the people of California by helping to preserve the state’s extraordinary biological diversity, protecting its most valued natural and cultural resources, and creating opportunities for high-quality outdoor recreation.
• California Wildlife Conservation Board selects, authorizes, and allocates funds for the purchase of land and waters suitable for the preservation, protection, and restoration of wildlife habitat.
• Lompico County Water District supplies fresh water from Lompico Creek to the Lompico community.
• Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District works to acquire and preserve a regional greenbelt of open space land in perpetuity; protect and restore the natural environment; and provide opportunities for ecologically sensitive public enjoyment and education.
• Santa Cruz County Department of Parks, Open Space and Cultural Services provides safe, well-designed and maintained parks, and a wide variety of recreational and cultural opportunities for our diverse community.
• San Lorenzo Valley Water District works to provide its customers and all future generations with reliable, safe and high quality water at an equitable price; to create and maintain outstanding customer service; to manage and protect the environmental health of the aquifers and watersheds; and to ensure the fiscal vitality of the District.
• San Mateo County Department of Parks preserves the County’s natural and cultural treasures, and provides safe, accessible parks, recreation and learning opportunities to enhance the community’s quality of life.
• US Bureau of Land Management works to sustain the health, diversity and productivity of the public lands for the use and enjoyment of present and future generations.
• US Fish and Wildlife Service works with others to conserve, protect and enhance fish, wildlife, and plants and their habitats for the continuing benefit of the American people.

• California Council of Land Trusts acts as a unified voice for more than 150 land trusts working in local communities throughout California. The Council works to build a strong, effective land trust community with the financial and policy resources to protect California’s landscapes.
• California State Parks Foundation is a member-supported nonprofit dedicated to protecting, improving and advocating for all of California’s state parks.
• Coastal Watershed Council serves as watershed advocates to promote the health of coastal watershed ecosystems through stewardship, advocacy and proper management practices.

• Exploring New Horizons Outdoor School provides environmental education programs to 5th & 6th grade public school children in the greater Bay Area. The school is located on the 17.3-acre “Sempervirens Preserve” property which Sempervirens Fund sold to State Parks in 2007. The property is now part of Big Basin Redwoods State Park and is leased to Exploring New Horizons Outdoor School by State Parks.
• Land Trust Alliance unites and champions organizations in local communities working to save natural areas.
• Land Trust of Santa Cruz County, in cooperation with public and private interests, protects and manages lands of significant natural resource, agricultural, cultural and open space value.
• The Nature Conservancy works to preserve the plants, animals, and natural communities that represent the diversity of life on earth by protecting the lands and waters they need to survive.
• Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST) works to give permanent protection to the beauty, character and diversity of the San Francisco Peninsula and Santa Cruz Mountain range. POST encourages the use of these lands for natural resource protection, wildlife habitat, low-intensity public recreation, and agriculture for people here now and for future generations.
• The Santa Cruz Mountains Bioregional Council advocates for the preservation of biological diversity through the application of science-based information and implementation of land conservation and habitat enhancement projects.
• The Santa Cruz Mountains Trail Association organizes volunteers who promote safe and responsible trail use and enthusiastically build, maintain, hike, and ride the trails of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
• Save the Redwoods League works to ensure that ancient redwood forests survive and flourish in perpetuity.
• Together Bay Area fosters an interconnected system of healthy communities with parks, trails, agricultural lands, and natural areas throughout the region for the health of the land, water, and people.
• The Wildlands Restoration Team is a volunteer team that performs exotic plant removal and management using non-chemical methods to protect native plant populations.
